Sprackle.com Ad Network Terms of Service

By Using the Sprackle.com website or the Sprackle.com Ad Network or any part contained within the site(s), you agree to the Terms of Service.

1. Sprackle.com reserves the right to refuse membership or cancel membership if member is found abusing the terms. Upon termination member will lose all credits.
2. Members and Visitors agree to not hold liable Sprackle.com for any loss of data that might occur while the member/visitor is using the Sprackle.com website and all services and products contained within. Loss of data includes, but is not limited to, any account balances, credits, downline members and statistics. Sprackle.com agrees to make every effort within its reasonable power to ensure that such loss of data never occurs, and Sprackle.com will make every effort within reason to correct any such loss of data. Members/Visitors also agree to not hold liable Sprackle.com for any damage that may arise to the member's/visitor's computer, software, or other products while using the Sprackle.com website and all services and products contained within.
3. Refunds: Sprackle.com does not offer refunds or compensation in any way for any product sold, rented, leased, or subscribed to under any circumstances unless otherwise noted.
4. Sprackle.com reserves the right to change, modify, add, and/or delete any part of any membership type at any point, with or without notice.
5. Sprackle.com is not responsible for 3rd party representations/content of the Sprackle.com site. This includes, but is not limited to content that does not bear the Sprackle.com URL.

Advertisers:

1. We do not allow the following content: ANY ADULT CONTENT, racist, illegal or other material we found inappropriate. We cannot guarantee that member sites do not contain such material.
2. Any and All Monetary Credits earned through Sprackle.com or the Sprackle.com Ad Network or deposited in the users account are credited to the users account and CANNOT be widrawn at any point
3. Advertiser Referral hits are credited to the advertisers account on each unique hit/hour/ad.

Publishers:

1. Ads cannot be placed on adult or otherwise inappropriate sites.
2. The Sprackle.com link must be visible at all times or credit will not be given.
3. Ads can only be placed on sites with content. Blank or incomplete sites/pages are not allowed.
4. For quality assurance purposes, ads must receive 1 click per 1,000 impressions. Once a click is received, the counter will continue but not until then.
5. Sprackle.com Ad Network reserves the right to pause and/or delete a publishing campaign at any point.
6. Sprackle.com Ad Network reserves the right to deem a publishing campaign false, fraudulent, inappropriate, and/or not meeting the standards of Sprackle.com at any point, and will remove earnings from said campaign.
7. ONLY 1 ad per ad type can be displayed per page

This Agreement may be modified by Sprackle.com from time to time, with or without notice.

Purpose of these measures is to maintain the integrity of the advertising members. Members agree to be bound by these terms.
