Brain injury before, during or after birth is one of the primary reasons a kid becomes Special Needs. A brain damaged kid will either have a sensory (incoming) or engine (outgoing) or both pathways issue. When a person is unable to properly see, hear or feel, he or she can not usually react to the globe around him.
