Government of Haryana on June 8, 2021 has notified Stamp Duty Refund Scheme for New and Expanded Industrial Units. For the purpose of the Scheme New Industrial units means a unit which has commenced its production on or after 1 Jan 2021. All Micro, Small, Medium, Large, Mega which located in B, C and D Category Blocks are eligible for this scheme. We provide complete solutions for Stamp Duty Refund scheme of Government of Haryana. Amount of Refund depends on the Category of Block in which Unit is situated. The Industrial unit must apply within 03 months of commencing of commercial production.
